Entire lower floor (2,000 sq ft) of lakefront home. Separate entrance with amazing views. Apartment includes a Peloton bike to continue your exercise while visiting (you will need your own Peloton subscription to use or we can advise how to obtain for duration of visit). The area is totally self-contained. We live upstairs but won't disturb you. Tesla charging available. Full new kitchen added in July 2023 with full oven and induction cooktop.
Good to know
Beautiful self-contained space with 3 bedrooms (King master suite, 1 king, 1 queen), 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in main area that allows sleeping up to 8 comfortably. Additional air mattress available upon request. Weights, balance ball and Life Fitness equipment (T3 treadmill, X3 elliptical, C3 bike) just outside master suite under cover + Peloton Bike in 2nd bedroom. Apartment has large outside area with outdoor dining setting, fire pit, and access to garden, dock and water. Lake Sammamish is fresh water and safe to swim in. Lovely temperature in the summer months and beautiful during cooler months. BBQ outside main door for outdoor cooking if desired. The property has a full-size sofa bed in the living room although linen is only available on request and not guaranteed. If available, we charge an additional $50/per person/per night.

Apartment has full internet access as well as access to Amazon Prime movies/music, Amazon Fire TV, Hulu and Netflix if you don't have your own account(s). Please note that for access to 3rd bedroom we will provide you with a code for the lock on the door. This property is provided in 2 configurations - 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom. Access to the 3rd bedroom is provided via a code and this room is locked for those who book the property in the 2 bedroom configuration. See pictures of the 3rd bedroom which has a Queen bed.

Neighborhood
Very close to Crossroads Mall (Bellevue) or Bella Botega (Redmond) both with movie cinemas and restaurants. Bellevue Square is a very large mall with many shops including Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Macy's and many others. Local gyms who have partially opened include Pro Club and Crunch Fitness in Bellevue and 24hr Fitness in Redmond.
Guest Access
We can be contacted by phone or text at any time. Full access to lower floor which has separate entrance down the side of the house from main house. The apartment is totally self-contained. You have full, non exclusive access to the garden (only shared in summer), dock, beach and water including 2 place unsinkable kayaks plus water bikes available for guests free of charge. Depending on our availability, we may take you on a lake tour/boat ride (if we are available, have time and weather permitting) as well as Seaplane spotting - host is a commercial seaplane pilot.

Car is recommended although Uber/Lyft also works well. Downtown Bellevue is about 10 mins and Seattle is 20 mins. Seatac airport is about 25 mins. Apartment is only 4 miles from Microsoft HQ and about 15 mins from G Campus in Kirkland. EV Charging is also available with 80A Tesla HPWC.
